All our cord and fabric screens are made to order and have a lead time of usually 2 - 6 weeks for manufacturing fabric screens or 8 - 10 weeks for cord screens.  Freight is charged separately and will be quoted based on the item/s quantities and location of delivery. 

Shipping

Fold Studio ship locally and normally worldwide.  However, due to these unprecedented times there may be shipping delays out of our control, in which case we may not be able to fulfil the order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are doing our best to have your orders shipped as soon as possible. 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Please note for all deliveries, Fold Studio and our freight partner accept no liability for any loss or damage if you give authority for the courier to leave the Goods with a third party or left unattended (at a location nominated by you).

Australian Freight

We use professional furniture freight companies locally and Australia wide, at a competitive price.  Screens are delivered packaged in sustainable cardboard box to ensure it is safe from dust and scratches during transit.  Plastic packaging is avoided.

International Freight

We use DHL Express for all international shipping, each item professionally packaged and carton-packed to ensure it is delivered safe and with confidence, from our factory to your front door.

For international deliveries, Fold Studio take no responsibility for any taxes or duties incurred once the Goods leave the hands of Fold Studio.  Shipment and delivery operate between business hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and does not include Public Holidays.
